We no longer accept walk ins, appointments only and you will be asked standard Covid-19 screening questions.

Our Company Policy:
Dear J Beauty Customers,
We kindly remind our customers our company policy for 20 plus years:
a) We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or email us.
b) Our packages expires 1 year from date of purchase. If you want to use your package after it expires there is an additional fee.
c) Your free facial is after your 10th facial. It must be redeemed before your package expires.
d) Packages are not refundable and cannot be transferred to product or to another person. Packages are not exchangeable, facial remains facial and massage remains massage.
e) Products can be exchanged within 7 days on unopened product. Products that are open and used are final sale.
